Lazy Walls follows a strict No Return, No Replacement, No Exchange policy for all products, unless otherwise mentioned on a specific product page.

All orders are custom-packed/made-to-order, and once delivered, they cannot be returned due to preference, size, color variation, or design differences.

2.⁠ ⁠No Return Conditions

Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

Product delivered as per order specification

Minor colour, texture, or material variations

Customer’s change of mind after buying

Wrong order placed by the customer

Damage due to improper handling by customer after delivery

3.⁠ ⁠Refund Policy

Refunds are NOT provided for any orders, except in the case of a duplicate transaction.

Refunds Applicable Only For Duplicate Transactions

You are eligible for a refund only if:

You were charged twice for the same order

Payment was deducted multiple times due to technical issues

Required Proof for Duplicate Transaction Refund:

Bank statement or screenshot showing duplicate deduction

Order ID and transaction reference number

Once verified, the refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
